In addition to being a professionally trained executive coach, Kathleen has more than 25 years of senior leadership and operational experience in Tech, Travel, Hospitality and Retail. Her first-hand professional experience brings an added layer to her leadership development work.

Most recently she was the VP of People at Skyscanner, leading all aspects of HR globally.  Kathleen had an 8 year relationship with Skyscanner, first with them as her client and then as a full time member of the Skyscanner team.  She had the privilege of being part of this rapidly scaling Tech company which then was acquired by Trip.com.

Prior to Skyscanner, Kathleen ran her own leadership development practice in S.E. Asia, including executive coachingteam facilitation, and bespoke training. She has worked with individuals and groups from multinationals, regional SMEs, the government sector and non-profits, as well as entrepreneurs.

Her executive coaching and training work includes: working with high potential individuals and groups on performance related goals, managing change in the workplace to achieve business results, utilising 360 feedback, and increasing capacity for effective communication.

Kathleen worked at The American Club Singapore for 11 years; 5 of those years as the senior leader reporting to a board.  In this role, she led a high-functioning team of more than 400 employees across all aspects of a diverse, member-owned Club.

She began her professional career working for the May Company in the United States as part of the executive training program which lead to the role of buyer.

Kathleen hails from Massachusetts and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the Eisenburg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Kathleen resided in Singapore for 22 years with her husband and she is currently based in the U.S.   She also lived and worked in both the United Kingdom and New Zealand.

Kathleen is a graduate of the Newfield Network coach-training program and she was accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2014. Kathleen was an elected member of the Bukit Timah Saddle Club Board. Kathleen splits her time between Sarasota and Boston.  She loves her time volunteering at the Sarasota and Manatee Association for Riding Therapy – SMART and she is an enthusiastic traveller.
